We work with products destined for the international market and, due to the costs and logistical complexity of shipping between countries, we do not offer refunds after the order has been shipped.
However, we understand that unforeseen events can occur. Therefore, we offer the customer the right to cancel within 48 hours of purchase confirmation, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
In some cases, when the product is not immediately available in stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier, the cancellation period remains valid within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
To request cancellation, the customer must contact us through our official customer service channel.
After confirmation of cancellation within the permitted timeframe, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
